Cassandra DeAngelis is a litigator who represents individuals and business in a wide variety of matters related to insurance defense, including professional and personal liability, medical malpractice claims, personal injury issues, medical licensing and investigations before the Department of Health, breach of contract, collections, employment discrimination, premises liability, and litigation.  She participates in all aspects of civil litigation including discovery requests and responses, depositions, expert retention and investigation, motion practice, and extensive legal briefing.  She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Ms. DeAngelis is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with a BA in History.  She earned her law degree cum laude from New England School of Law, where she was a New England Trustee scholarship recipient, New England Scholar, member of the Dean's List for all years of attendance, and Comment & Note Editor for the New England Law Review.
