Richard focuses his practice on healthcare law and civil litigation. He has experience handling cases involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury, toxic tort, copyright and trademark disputes, premises liability, product liability and commercial litigation. He has been named a 2010 RI Rising Star in the area of medical malpractice defense by New England SuperLawyers, an honor voted by his peers. Rich is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he served as president of the Suffolk University Health Law Society.
