Richard focuses his practice on healthcare law and civil litigation. He has experience handling cases involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury, toxic tort, copyright and trademark disputes, premises liability, product liability and commercial litigation. Richard is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he served as president of the Suffolk University Health Law Society.
