RHBG’s successful criminal defense team is led by a former prosecutor who has investigated and tried an extensive list of cases in state and federal courts. We represent individuals who are under investigation, who have been subpoenaed to testify, or who have been charged with violations of state or federal law. We also represent businesses and individuals, including professionals and students, accused of misconduct; often these matters involve parallel administrative or disciplinary proceedings.
